..the famous Orkney placename

Firstly, I'm going to talk about Isbister.This is both a place, and a surname - namely, my mother's maiden name. It is derived from eystri bólstaðr; which means the more easterly farm.

Twatt, is from ON þveit, meaning clearing. There are lots of pictures all over the world taken by tourists of the road sign to this area.
